Today, Construction Company “Krajina” is in the phase of the intensive construction of residential buildings and business premises at the Aleja Center location (between the St. Aleja Svetog Save, Gunduliceva St. and
the newly designed line of transportation within 180.000m²). It is expected by the planning documents that the 150.000m² of effective floor area shall be constructed – that is 2.500 units, and 50.000m² of business premises with additional structures of infrastructure and public buildings and underground garages. Previous realization of the project shows better use of space during designing when compared to urban design, and it is expected that the total effective area shall be higher for approx. 50.000m².

So far, 432 apartments, 130 business premises and 34 garages have been constructed and handed over. In 2005, business building with the area of 3000 m² has been constructed and handed over to the investor Hypo Alpe Adria Bank.

In the final stage of construction are 75 apartments, 16 business offices and 2300m² of garage space.

Under construction at the stage of roughing works are 250 flats, 35 business offices, 13 apartments and about 7000m² of garage space as well as business centre of 4200m².

Works regarding the Block E shall start in 2006 – area of 2600m² with completed project documents.

Aleja Centar

Location of the residential–business complex “Aleja Center” is included in the regulatory plan “Aleja Center”.
It is located between the St. Aleja Svetog Save, Srpska vojska boulevard and newly designed line of transportation in Banja Luka. According to planning documents, this area covers 166.096 m² .

Complex consists of residential, business and residential – business buildings which are formed in blocks
(A, B, V, G, D, Đ, E, Ž, Z, I, J, K, L) and underground garages and needed infrastructure - of a gross effective floor area of 150.000 m² and business premises of 50.000m².
